3. Actually Norris and Chabot spoke to the media after last night's game, you may have needed to rewind the sens livestream, since it occurred before Travis Green spoke (lots of dead time between each person speaking).

   Just bring back Danger Flutes at home and they'll start scoring in bunches.

5. Norris played the wing with Timmy and G last night for half the game, and they were analytically brilliant. I like the idea of the best two skaters on the team playing on the same line! Give me Norris on Timmy’s wing for a few games!

10. Feels like all of Gregor, Cousins, Hamonic and JBD aren't getting resigned next year. Also feels like Staios is paying premium for being in Ottawa as Greig would be $2.5M in most other cities

13. Not sure that Gregg’s game is as advertised.. wasn’t he supposed to be a disturber? Other than the empty net slap shot goal against the Laughs.. he’s just another guy on the team.. like Ostapchuck, Gregor or anyone else on the bottom 6. Just blends in. Let’s hope, now that he’s here for long term he feels compelled to hit someone, get under their skin, agitate.

17. Guys – it’s time to have a serious talk about trying to trade Brady for Petersson and what that trade might look like if it’s even possible. Then you flip Norris + Grieg for an elite winger to replace Brady on LW. The you have Petersson, Stutzle as 1C 2C – imagine THAT! No more slow Brady up top. That would change this team big time. It’s pie in the sky I know but Staios better be calling.

18. Back injuries are tricky, I’ve had two separate back injuries working in construction and they always come. Back injuries are so hard to describe until you know and they always come back, just hope Ully feels 100% when coming back. He needs to take his time

I like the Greig extension dont think its ever going to be a crazy steal or anything but even at the floor of the player he can be he's going to be a 3rd liner winger/C that plays PP2 abd PK2 while providing some grit to the lineup. If hes anything more than the contract looks great if not its solid. On another note really love these line combos for the forwards

21. 22:00 Y'all crazy with the AG talk on this cast. All his success was down? Buddy has scored goals on every line and has as many even strength goals (3) with Brady as Grieg does (who only has 3 even strength goals on the season to Adam's 10. He's our only forward player that has 3 penalties as well. Until the last game he hadn't been scored in 17 games — he's been playing hard minutes for a defensive coach and the most this cast can muster about him is that he is invisible? Smh.

    Greig has had a 19 game goal drought (half the current season) and he signs a $14M deal. Pinto 20 games without finding the back of the net, still love him. Gaudette is at 13 games without scoring and was the only good look in the game against Buffalo and he's out? He's tied for 3rd in goals scored and has the most even strength offense on a team that can't score and you're looking at the door? ffs.

    Glad to see Green gave up on his lineup project but he's still playing favorites. G, Norris, and Batherson scored 13 even strength goals together before Green split L2 up.

    Maybe the messaging is coming from on high though, Greig getting a ton of top line minutes during his deal negotiations makes sense from a business perspective.

23. as a lifetime sens fan you cant keep saying norris needs to improve or brady or sutzle or anyone as a matter of fact cause these guys have no damn support. sorry for my anger but watching your show for over 2 years now and all you guys do is simply brush our problems aside just like the ownership. this team is going nowhere put it in your heads. we need a top 6 lw and rw and a first line shutdown D. guess what we dont have the cap so none of that is going to happen, we have the highest cap spent out of all almost all teams and what do we have to show for it, nothing thats what. this new ownership has changed nothing but spending to the cap simple, who we sign and how we sign is still the same, same old garbage players who wouldn't do sh*t anywhere else. not to mention our youth is crap we have no one coming up in the system like we have hit rock bottom. this needs another rebuild simple im tired but i just dont see anything coming out of this no one wants our players if they did greig wouldnt have gotten that contract today thats why he was resigned cause no one wants him theres a list of at least 10 better players in free agency you can get for cheaper aav aswell. staios is trash probably even worse than what we previously had, at least we where signing household names back then just couldnt find a way to blend them. now we got perron a bag of complete ass, amadio whos decent but not what we need gregor who honeslty shouldnt even be in the ahl like this is bad wake up.
