Weird that it’s long out of print; this could have been an evergreen seller in SE Wisconsin for the last four decades. Could there be publishing rights issues? The only “Jove Books” a search brings up is a genre fiction-heavy publisher that’s changed hands a bunch of times, so it might be tied up there if it’s indeed the same publisher.
