Anyone Else? (OC)

  1. Adams most likely has 3 really good years left. He would definitely help the offense and open the rest of it up for all the other weapons.

  2. I know the fan base would be torn on this, but the Packers are an instantly better offense with davante adams. Talk about a guy who can still win 1 on 1s. The money just simply does not make sense.

  3. I mean he said he’s open to anything and they asked him even the packers, and he said yea. Not like he was fishing for coming back.

  4. I’d be okay with it depending on the cost. I don’t think he world accept what I would be willing offer

  5. If Adams made a legacy decision instead of a financial one, he could land on a team that has SB potential, like the Packers! That’s hard for elite WRs to do, tho!

  6. If he doesn’t break the bank, bring him back. I think he has another year or two left in him performance wise.

  7. lol I love that you came in to try to do the whole “no longer a Packer so we hate him now” thing and the sub responded with love for him.

  8. I think it’s weird to think we’re doing so well that we can’t be open to a star player wanting to be here

  9. I love not having a WR1 and watching crucial drops in big games, we definitely do not need a WR1

  10. He is still one of the best receivers in the league, obviously you would love to have him. But he is getting older and it’s not like the receiving core we have is bad.

It comes down to money. If he wants to do a short term incentive laden contract that gives him an opt out clause if they can’t work out an extension after a couple years, hell yes. If he wants to be one of the highest paid receivers in the league in long term guaranteed contract, best save the cap space.

  11. Dude wants a ring. The Packers would be a logical team for him to potentially go to, but it would be a hometown discount. FO would never pay top dollar.

Get him for a good price, yea, I would take him any day. Not only is he a top WR to create separation, but he is going to draw guys to him putting opportunity for our other guys to make big plays.

A WR corps of Adams, Doubs, and Reed with Wicks as number 4 would be a wet dream.

  12. I would absolutely take Tae back if we didn’t have to pay 20+ million, we need WRs that can get open 1 on 1 with Watson out for the start of next season.

  13. We have a TON of cap space. I know people don’t want to hear it and I may get downvoted to hell, but our WR corps has had a TON of issues this year. If we get him for the right price? I think this is a no brainer.

Tae is at the point where he wants a ring for his career, he’s already had good money. Let’s let him win a ring with us

  14. You’re telling me we can add a top 15 wide receiver to a team that doesn’t even have a top 40 wide receiver? Why would anyone say no

  15. Horrible take. We clearly need a WR1, it’s asinine to pretend like we wouldn’t be jumping at the opportunity to sign him if he wanted to come back.

  16. Anyone who doesn’t want Adams back is insane. Even in a down year he’d still be the number guy in this current receiver room

  17. If the price is right, yes. He’s still got some left in the tank. Then go out and draft another WR.

  18. What else is he supposed to say? If he says he doesn’t want to play somewhere it’s not a great look and it’s just not worth the drama

  19. At the right price point I would absolutely take him back. But he probably doesn’t agree with my price point.
