The Carolina Panthers Have a PROMISING Future | Carolina Panthers 2025 Offseason Preview
2024 Carolina Panthers Season Recap and Offseason Preview
The 2024 season was a challenging one for the Panthers as second-year QB Bryce Young endured growing pains early on as the starter. Despite showing flashes of his potential, Young struggled and was ultimately benched behind a leaky offensive line and a lackluster receiving corps outside of veteran Adam Thielen and Rookie Xavier Legette. Young turned things around however and finished the season well throughout the last 6 games. Defensively, the unit struggled with injuries and lacked depth, especially in the front seven. The Panthers finished near the bottom of the NFC South in passing yards allowed and at the bottom of the league in rushing yards allowed by a large margin.
In the offseason, the Panthers’ top priorities will be building up the defensive front to stop the run. With the 8th overall draft pick and cap flexibility, head coach Dave Canales and GM Dan Morgan must make bold moves to accelerate the team’s rebuild and provide Young with the tools he needs to succeed in Year 2.

Bring back diontae johnson and a wr day 2 in draft. Grant at 8 would be nice, graham is a dream. Judon and a big te would be nice in fa. Bolster interior oline day 2 in draft. Bring in more defense
You crazy, Bryce looks way better than CJ right now..
We need a #1 true ballhawk DAWG 1,000 yard WR 🐺, and spend $100M for it.
We have not developed a true #1 since Steve Smith, and as long as our defense is Top 20 next year, we will have a realistic chance at making the playoffs.
panthers need a wr1, maybe they can make legette or coker that, but idk they might need wilson or higgins for that position, and we have decent cap space. Other than that, we need a few defensive players: would love Abdul Carter, but we need a good safety, lb, and edge in general so idk what we would have to trade for all of that.
I think that Derrick Brown being injured all season cannot be overlooked that was the biggest reason for the lack of run stopping this season so him coming back will massively impact the interior d line
Need 2 new safeties as well
