Ottawa is not B tier and the Pens will be D tier by the end of the season.

As a Devils fan, I was very much enjoying the Rangers' self-immolation during their prolonged 6-16-1 skid. They've got a lot of work to do but they've still got Igor and the teams hovering around the playoff cutoff line aren't all that great and aren't insurmountable. Damn.

You can tell this guy doesn't watch games because he really said the oilers don't have depth scoring and have defensive issues. Please look at some stats buddy
