14. Mike Tomlin is the most overrated coach in all sports ! How do some call him great he’s won playoff games in 4 of the 18 seasons he’s been a head coach that’s no where near great it’s horrible considering the talent he’s had throughout these years !

28. The Pittsburgh Steelers should trade Mike Tomlin and replace him with one of these coaches. Ben Johnson OC Detroit Lions, Joe Brady OC Buffalo Bills or Aaron Glenn DC Detroit Lions.

37. Let me answer that question- No we don't want him back. We didn't want him back since 2017!! 14 of 18 seasons without winning a playoff game, the last 6 playoff games we have had our a$$ handed to us and the game was over by halftime in all of them!!

42. Look, lets be honest for a moment. What did Tomlin inherit? A superbowl team. When they left or retired, what happened? Even when ya had the leading Rb and Wr. Even when the QB had back to back miracle games, #2 offense. Even after assistant after assistant – accomplished elsewhere – couldnt fix the problem. Even when the line and secondary has been stacked with stars. Even when a good portion of the team are HOF. Look on the sidelines and see a VERY unmotivating, uninvolved HC. Why does every star WR since Hines that come along not stay or fall apart? Brown, Bryant, Coates, Claypool, Johnson, Wheaton, ad infinium. Why do entire offenses or defenses age out? It is not hard to be loved, but that is NOT the same as being a good coach. No matter what this guy is given, he can't win with it. A lot of coaches, with FAR less talent, have done it. Not Mike. Its him. Tried a lot of QBs, tried a lot of coordinators and other coaches. Tried everything but the ONE thing that matters. Tomlin has gotten by and gotten high on his own BS far, far, far too long. It is HIM, it is MIKE, that is the issue. Just that, just him.

44. Honestly I think the year the Steelers had is far far better than was predicted. Would probably chill. Also in case no one has noticed but these "New" coaches everyone want's are pretty much garbage and don't last. Makes for interesting talk though.
