  1. I've been on the HSK bandwagon since it was clear the Braves were losing Dansby. I'd love to see him playing everyday for the team and would instantly make the lineup better because he can run. If the pitcher has to devote even 1% of their focus to the baserunner, it gives our other bats that much of more of an opportunity to crush mistakes.

  2. At this point I'd rather just roll with Arcia. Let's see if the Braves can remain mostly healthy before committing to a specific position that's not the most important need such as pitching whether starting or relief. Thanks Lindsay as always and GO BRAVES 2025!!

  3. AA's refusal to spend money irritated me for the longest time. But after giving it a good amount of thought, I think he made the right choices for the long-term success of the Braves. By resetting the CBT (intentionally or not), it opens the door for the Braves to be more flexible with signing extensions for our current players while also being able to compete with other teams for the upper echelon free agents of the future. By holding back on spending, AA has the chance to see where Strider and Acuna are when they come back and will have the flexibility to Make roster upgrades if needed. Plus, it allows him the chance to see what kind of player Sean Murphy is really going to be. And that will determine whether Drake Baldwin is your catcher of the future or becomes the key piece in landing a top trade candidate to strengthen your roster for a world series run. So I am content with this roster heading into spring training as is and seeing how things go from there. Of course, if the Braves don't spend money at the trade deadline or in the off season next year, I'll be calling for AA's head on a pike!! lol
