  5. They need a culture change, and it'll never happen with a Khan in charge. They should have cleaned house and put someone like Bosselli as head of football operations and have him be the lead of finding a coach and gm on the same page.

  8. Not if Shad hires Ben or whoever and let's him or them or whoever hire their own GM and staff and Shad sits back supports them and takes credit for it 🙂 then we will right the ship! But Ric is right too.

  10. What? Gus Bradley had 4 years. Doug Marrone also had 4 years. Meyer got 1, and Doug only got 3. But I don't get how you can just say its 3 years based on history when that was only one legitimate coach (no one should count Meyer) cut that fast by Khan.

  11. It's a system destined for dysfunction… Lame duck GM. Brand new HC. Both report separately to an owner who's never around.

    To have sustained success, you need a clear, united vision between coaching staff and front office. Unless Shad hires a respected football mind as EVP, we're going to continue down this road.

  12. Aaron Glenn would work here because he would not allow the idiot GM to bully him, also the mostly black players would play hard and not quit on a black head coach…

  13. We should have just kept Doug. Impending doom is upon the Jaguars no matter who the coach is. The league has gas lit us into thinking we had a chance. Gas lit us into thinking Trevor is a good qb. Jags are my ride or die (mostly die) but I can’t expect good things to ever come from this team.
