Don’t forget the teams identity. MOST importantly, make teams respect LJs running ability. Big play opportunities have always been present with LJ at QB, especially in the run game. The thing is we now have a RB who’ll FULLY exploit and magnify the misreads of defenders who are keying on LJ. It’s important BAL stays ahead of the sticks because It literally opens the entire playbook including pass when defenses have to account for LJs ability to keep at the mesh point of zone/read options and stay at home on the backsides when he hands off from under center formations. This makes the passing game easier as well. Hopefully Zay can get health ASAP because the only way a team has any shot is to stack the line leaving the WRs/TEs in predictable coverage.
