  1. Unless there is injury, Mayo wont make Opening day roster. If Mateo isnt ready, Daz will be on the team until he is ready. If Uriad Mightly struggles, he could be let go but I doubt it. Unless they trade Mountcastle, Ohearn, Kjerstad or Urias, Mayo might come up a few times for injuries or as a September Call up. That is my guess. The orioles realized he came up too early and csnt trust him to produce. That is why Mountcastle wont be traded. Kjerstad cant be traded because our outfield is very thin of good talent at this point that has been in the majors. Ohearn could be traded if they want to do that but I still think if that Happens, Mountcastle goes to full time 1B and Kjerstad fills in at DH against Righties. And Daz Cameron gets called up for Defense. Mayo could be up if Daz is already up here if Mateo is still hurt. To sum it up, if the roster is what it is on opening day as it is now, Mayo wont make opening day roster spot
