I’m 61 years old. I’ve been watch since I was 5 years old. This is the worst hire I seen in my lifetime. This is unbelievable. Jerry is going to run this l organization into the ground. We will be the next New York Jets and Cleveland Browns. Very sad.

Stephan and Brian Shottenhiemer are the same person! Both sons of very successful NFL legends. So I can see why Stephan is in Brian’s corner, he’s basically voting for himself. That doesn’t mean at all that this will or will not be a successful move for the franchise. It’s most likely going to be a bad move and over all failure for the organization. But the irony of Jerry’s kid pushing to hire Marty’s kid (neither one having proven any ability to be successful in the roles in which they are in) is pretty funny…
My theory was Jerry was interviewing Deion’s assistant coach positions cause of how ridiculous the names are. Makes sense if Shotty & Saleh are Deion’s hand picked assistants. That would make sense but this is Jerry and fam we talking about
