  14. The front office is were the culture change needs to to start then work its way down to me it ain't going to matter what coach you get in here not until the front office can change your thoughts and philosophy

  37. Any logical cowboy fan like myself knows we will hire the coach who hasn’t been wanted as a head coach for 28 years then go on to use our first round draft pick for a OL pick. It’s Dallas. It’s how it goes every time. Imagine the worst case scenario and that’s what will happen.

  41. I’m a long time die hard fan of the Cowboys. I would embrace Pete Carrol as head coach, but out of respect for Mr. Carrol, so long as Jerry wants to continue to be the GM, I’d rather save Pete the headache of having Jerry going against the better judgement of a high quality coach who’s there to coach & motivate the team the way he knows how to !
