Only thing I really know about Bill Lee is that he says Doc Ellis was lying about his acid trip game.
I had a beer with him once at the Elliot Lounge. post-retirement. Also used to watch him catch fly balls behind his back during batting practice back in his playing days.
I watched the trailer and it looks like it will be a good movie. The cast includes Joe Castiglione.
I see Bill Lee but I can’t find Joe Castiglione. Anyone know what his involvement is?
Darn, I used to live up the street in Douglas. Bill played there at least once that I know of.
Douglas was a big baseball town back in the day. Yankees played the Sox there once.
