  1. I don't feel that you can put a player in front of winning games. Throw away a season to placate Demko? I for one wouldn't trust that he could survive a playoff run. Could he play into the finals for a cup? You can't bank on that. This isn't one injury. It's a plethora.

  2. Playoffs😂 this isn't a playoff team. Really not sure why that word is thrown around in regards to the Canucks. You're delusional if you think this team is playing come playoff time. I love the Canucks too but get real, give your heads a shake.

  3. Demko needs the team infront of him to help him gain some confidence. He’s actually been playing quite well – he’s not bailing the Canucks out like he used to do because he needs the team to play better in front of him so he can regain his confidence . The game against Edmonton RNH had a partial break away 20 seconds into the game and that’s not doing him any favours . He made a lot of “bailing out “ saves early and unfortunately it wasn’t enough due to what was happening in front of him . I don’t accept this narrative that he’s washed .

  4. People are going to call me clueless for this comment but…I don't see how this Makar/Hughes debate is close anymore. Hughes has produced more in a bunch fewer games with a lot less to work with (forwards and defense) and he's a way better defensive defenseman than Makar. They switch teams Quinn is on pace for 120 points and Makar is on pace for 80 tops.
