I don’t know about you guys, but I would love if the Padres brought an alternate jersey back into the mix. I wish they would take the jerseys from spring training with the “SD” on the lapel and use it as an alternate for home/road. Would look great as a solid brown jersey with yellow piping, or like the sand pinstripe road jerseys, homage to late 80s.

I think retro 98 jerseys would be better. But I do enjoy this scheme!
I loved those… White with pinstripes and orange and brown really brings back the nostalgia. 87 was an amazing year for me as a kid at the Murph seeing the most games I’d seen (yet) in a season.
