Going back to last year Hawks are now .235 without Jalen Johnson
Another game where the injured hawks play really well defensively and compete quite well but they can’t get over the hump because this is a team of professional basketball players who literally can’t shoot the ball
That was some bullshit.
It’s so frustrating with these injuries because I guarantee we win our last 3 games with our regular guys. Rockets and Wolves specifically were super underwhelming but they just out-talented us smh
I am once again pleading with someone to explain to me why Garrison Mathews is still on this team
No matter how much we slide we’re still probably going to be a playin team. So there’s something.

• 6 Game losing streak✅
• Jalen is out for the season✅
• Trae’s worst career shooting season✅
• Bogi and Capela are getting traded for bags of chips✅
• 22-25 Record✅
MIDLANTA IS BACK?!
NO, THIS ISN’T MID ANYMORE.
THIS IS AWFUL BASKETBALL TEAM!!!
As much as I’m a huge hawks fan and love the team. I have a hard time even committing hours to listening or watching any games when 3/4 of the starting line up and half the good regular bench guys aren’t even playing because of injuries.
Like. What do yall expect to happen?
I say this with a lot of love.

Officiating was absolutely horrendous just as the three point shooting but love that the ratings keep tanking that goblin Adam silver deserves nothing
If Okongwu is a starting caliber center, so is Gueye
Dejounte Murray will hit that shot
We literally have the best shot quality in the league and no one on our team can shoot. Between this and the injuries what is up with this team

Apart from the shooting we got no bucket getters either. Like Deandre is aggressive and finds his shot even if it doesn’t go in, Trae obviously playmaksles but we got no else who can size up a defender and get to their shot. Like half the non Trae and Deandre minutes is pass pass pass around the key and then chuck up a hook shot or something. Dyson and Vit are ok at creating but the aren’t isolation scorers, rather need Trae or someone to find them open. We need more than just shooters we need another guy who can get to their shot when the offence ain’t going. And yes that sounds exactly like Dejounte Murray but nah even like a bench version of that. I guess that was supposed to be Bogi but he’s cooked
I’m still here AMA
I legit would enjoy beating the hell out of Dillon brooks – that dude is not tough
Literally nothing matters until these players start hitting open threes simple as that last two games have absolutely been winnable but they can’t shoot
Korver needs to get in the gym with our team and help theses guys figure out how to shoot. We SUCK at open/wide open looks.
I can’t believe the decision making here – we had 2 timeouts and then why did we chose a 3 point play to win it all when we have been abysmal shooting from the deep ? Why couldn’t we tie the game with a safe 2 point shot and force Houston to make a shot ???
I knew it was rough yesterday but yikes

Quin has lost 6 games in a row. Anyone wanna guess what happens to any of us if we go six straight days without doing our jobs? It starts with U and ends with nemployment.
At least Gueye pass the eye test that he is a way better rotation player than Roddy
If you need any indication how fucking long this month has been the west coast road trip losing streak was just a few weeks ago
