Mammoth is the ONLY legitimate answer. And it is SUCH a good one!
Utah Wasatch has to be one of the worst possible names they could ever choose to name this team. Might as well just call themselves the Utah Mountains at that point lol.
I also don’t even remember that on like the OG big vote list? Or am I misremembering?

I never thought I’d see the Yeti defeated. Mammoth has to be the front runner now. I really hope UHC doesn’t gain momentum because people are familiar with it now.

Wasatch is 100% in there as a planted answer just to make sure people don’t HATE Mammoth. I don’t think Smith will stay with UHC. Too much branding/mascot/merch opportunity not to have a mascot of some kind

Wasatch, while still better than “Hockey Club,” is kinda stupid. At first I loathed it, but then I remembered there’s a team named the Colorado Rockies, so it sorta makes sense. Still, sounds dumb, and no one besides Utahns are gonna know what it is.
Let’s go with Mammoth please. But Wasatch I guess has the potential to grow on me. Maybe.
Just get rid of Utah Hockey Club. That was my least favorite option from the FIRST poll.
I still think Utah Trilobites or Utah Kodiak would have been pretty cool.

It’s Mammoth. They already know it. Intellectual property must already be reserved. Wasatch is on this list as a throwaway to ensure Mammoth is chosen.
Please let’s use some common sense and vote mammoth. I feel like if either of the other two are voted it would be a huge regret for the fan base later down the road.
If we can’t name the team The Utah Yeti then let’s try The Utah Stanley and if that’s turned down by the Stanley company or the NHL (since the trophy is the Stanley Cup), then let’s go with The Utah Coolers!
Don’t know how popular this will be, but I hope they give a heavier weighted vote to the players. They have to wear the branding, they should get a bigger say.
