I thought this was interesting. Some information on a key member of the development staff and some background on what goes into the development planning and work.
From the outside it seems like the Devils are a well run operation on hockey side at least.
Ah yes, because the homegrown players have developed so much since she was appointed (reality: they haven’t). Odd puff piece considering player development has literally been a top problem for this team.
For the unaware, she is the Director of Player Development. This is a critical role on successful NHL teams.
