Saad is a really good fit for that system. Of the 4 or so teams you heard thrown around I thought that would be the pairing with the most mutual interest.

Good for Saad. I’m truly happy for him,… but, was there tampering? Guessing someone (VGK – maybe others as well) told his agent they’d sign him if he terminated. I’m not upset as it worked out well for the Blues, but have to wonder how this worked.

I’m impressed with Blues fans’ attitudes on Saad and the well wishing. I never got past his Blackhawks roots. Didn’t hate him but didn’t root for him either. You are good people. Me, not so much.
