  6. Hypothetically (I don’t want to do this) and you had to trade 1 to completely flip the locker room. Who would you part ways with, kyrou or Thomas? Buchy ain’t an option because his value is rock bottom compared to the sideways move you could make with the other 2.

  11. Kinda worried we get caught with our pants down still ‘rebuilding’ when the cap explodes and the owners don’t feel like spending to the cap, meaning we stay mid versus other competing teams

  13. Ok, so, I’m going to put this out there: Kyrou and RobThom at 8 per is actually brilliant. Hear me out. We don’t need to win this year or next. When they’re really at their best, their 8 per cost is going to be a lot cheaper, and allow us to actually stock up. All the people hoping for trades are looking to burn the barn when we’re only looking at the foundations. Also, I really don’t care if either sit the rest of the year. They’ll have plenty of time to progress over the next 2+ years when we’re actually in contention.

    Edit: by sit, I mean, I don’t care how well they play or don’t this year. It’s irrelevant in the big scheme. I do care that they keep helping the young guys, watch tape, and learn from the vets.

  14. It’s not like we have much to sell, but Armstrong needs to trade away as much as he can. Season is officially cooked, but it’s looking like our chances of getting a top 10 pick are good now. That’s a positive.

  16. i’ve watched every game since the 05-06 lockout. in that time i’ve turned off the game maybe 10 times. tonight was the third time this season that i’ve literally just turned off the tv.

    started The Night Agent on Netflix. it was pretty good.

    this team lacks something. I can’t quite put my finger on it. maybe a #1, first over the boards, 22-25 minute/night, 50 point RHD. but where do you find one of those?

  17. I dunno what’s going on but I don’t like it. These past two games are our only shutouts (against) of the season. We’re not a great team but we’re better than this.

  21. ####TEAM IS MISSING AN ROR/BARBIE CHARACTER SOMEONE WHO WILL PUT THE OFFENSE ON THEIR BACK AND MAKE CHANCES/GOALS HAPPEN. ROR WOULDN’T BE A BAD TRADE IMO, NASHVILLE IS STRUGGLING.

  28. Did Thomas rush himself back and reinjure his ankle? He’s completely lost out there. Yeah, Kyrou is their best player. The kid has worked hard and he’s getting better. He’s not a finished player, but I think he’s giving a strong effort and I believe he’ll get some results. Not sure if he ever hits 100 points. But 90 is possible and considering where he was drafted that’s a home run.
