  13. Losing Nick is huge. There’s no way JBB doesn’t see the glaring weakness in our lineup. Any casual observer can see our bottom six is just cannon fodder for the other team.

  14. Okay so with geekie in the minors, Paul injured, and cirelli dealing with something despite playing through it our centers are looking a little rough after tonight. Gonna be interesting to see how they handle this.

    Good game though. gave up some things we probably shouldn’t have, got robbed by a premature whistle, took a couple weak penalties definitely a lot going on but we played well for the most part. Hopefully this means we can get some momentum after the break.

  16. Lost in all this is that Florida and Toronto haven’t been great either recently. Like we’ve been terrible and they haven’t ran away with the division or anything

  17. Absolute huge win, that’s 60 points and 52 games played.

    Throughout the season any playoff team needs to go on a streak where you win a few games in a row.

    Considering the next games are sens, wings, montreal I can’t think of a better time than now to go streaking.

  22. They did it! The madmen did it! They actually won a game against another Atlantic division team!

    Still a lot of bad puck luck, Mikey (I think) and Bagel hitting posts, Jake getting the puck through the goalie but not in the net *twice*, but they were able to fight through it tonight. ⚡️Go Bolts!⚡️

  23. 2 points behind ott with 2 games in hand. Only 4 points behind Toronto. 7 points behind Florida with 3 games in hand. It’s still a tough road ahead but if the flood gates can open sooner rather than later like we know this team is capable of we’re still very much in it with the standings.

    People make a good point in saying we’re shouldn’t stress too much about the cup this year due to the potential work we’ll be able to do this off season. The next few seasons are looking up from here. That being said moves will more than likely be made at the deadline even if they aren’t huge, and we shouldn’t count this team out even though it’s been rough as hell.

  32. I missed the first period how did Nick get hurt? What I saw tonight was a Tampa team that was flying. Forchecking and all over them. Played with great intensity. You could see Hagel on the bench when he got off tell them to keep it up don’t stop. If they play like that all the time and fix the defense laps. They can win almost all the time. Go bolts!!!!!

  33. Just putting it out there, I liked Guentzel with Italian Bagel. And TBH Goncalves looked good with Kuch and Point. I know Guentz can play with pretty much anyone, but Maybe Goncalves would be better with faster linemates. He had a few decent zone entries.

  36. Got up to go watch Silo with the wife after the empty netter thinking it was over and then had to sit right back down…well let’s be honest it was more of an aggressive pacing around my office
