Fan from Seattle of my fave NL team, great stuff fellas
agree on cooper hjerpe. sweepers though…. ewwwwh scary stuff. but his lower velo and pure sidearm delivers. … dude could just throw some insane Frisbees 6 innings easy
Huge cardinals fan. you guys are killing it. Thanks!
Yairo Padilla apparently up to 6'4" in the off-season
Great show guys. I personally don't stress about who will get a chance this year and especially in the rotation. I believe the cards will have competition in spring and I really don't believe Matz or Mikolas are given spots if one of these young arms pitches their way into the 5 or perhaps 6 man rotation. Injuries and performance will dictate a lot of what this opening day roster looks like, as it should. I don't expect Arenado to return, so I feel the fielders will largely have the same opportunities to play into the roster for guys like Saggese, Scott, Baker, Davis and maybe even Wetherholt. I really don't believe many of these youngsters are going to be held back despite performance this spring. Perhaps Wetherholt and Hence just to make sure they start at AAA to get some work before a midseason callup.
