Looool it’s a not-Christmas Christmas miracle; despite the Wings’ loss, basically everyone else who they needed to lose also lost, so they’re still sitting pretty in WC2. Now that’s a vibe…
At this point you can start to see the lineup coming together. If I were Yzerman I’d be looking at making a move a little before the deadline so we get extra games with them.
From my perspective, we gotta get that 2nd line going a bit and Cat some help. 1st and 3rd lines are excellent. 4th is fine with whomever. Then add a solid 3rd pair defensemen so Justin Holl never sees the ice again. If we add those 2 pieces I really think this team could challenge for a divisional playoff spot.
Not sure if it has been mentioned or how long they’ve sold them at LCA(yesterday was my first game this season) but if you’re looking for a cool cheap souvenir, they sell game worn socks for $15 a pair. Hell if you just need some good quality socks to use these are a good price!😁

Mine have some decent battle wounds and puck marks. I just wish there was more info about who/when they were worn.
Really felt like they were going to tie that game up in the second period. Had all the pressure going for them. Obviously want a stronger start but I think the team did a solid job bouncing back and controlling a lot of the rest of the game.
Tough L yesterday, luckily every other result across the league went our way. Go Habs go today.
My brother got me tickets to the pistons game today 😵. Very nice of him but kinda telling my first reaction was to tell the Wings sub lol. Would it be tacky to wear Wings or Tigers gear?? Not some Illitch fanboy, just dont have any pistons merch

I think we all have our list of passengers on the team or players that could be upgraded to make the team more competitive.
Hopefully we see a few changes before the deadline or at the very least the off-season
