I just love this kid and his energy. You take the consensus best player in the draft at Pick #1 and you don't second guess it.

  1. Imagine having Simmons, Sweat, and Carter as your D-Line. The Giants basically won 2 SBs off the back of that sort of line. I wouldn’t hate it.

  2. If we’re going to stay at #1, I want Carter. I don’t think a ward or sanders will be able to save this Franchise. No single player can with the state of our roster. It’s going to take several SOLID drafts to fix what’s wrong with this team.

  3. Carter or Travis Is very clearly #1

Travis being in the conversation with Will Johnson as the #1 cb itself proves how elite of a talent he is and Carter is just clearly the best edge rusher

  4. Imagine putting up 40 points on one of the leagues best defenses, having the QB win the MVP, and come away saying “See, gotta draft defense!” Like what are we even talking about here?

  5. The only wisdom I took away from this game was you ain’t winning shit without an elite offensive line.

  6. Interestingly, Dennard Wilson’s scheme is very blitz heavy, and the eagles didn’t blitz mahomes once.

I still think focusing on the trenches is the right thing to do regardless. A line with Carter Sweat Simmons would be deadly and open up so many options for our blitz packages, while keeping opponents offenses honest.

  7. If we stick and pick, I either want this guy or the top OL in the draft. I know we’ve drafted OL in the past 2 first rounds, but it never hurts to have more talent there. Games are won in the trenches, plain and simple

  8. I agree. Get a Vet QB on 2 Years. Trade Back Draft Edge have the best front 4 in the AFC.

  9. Yesterday’s game convinced me Levis could still be our guy. After what you saw last night which looked like the protection Levis had all year. How many more games would we have won if Mahomes had been our QB?
