‘We haven’t won the games that matter’: Why Colts TE Mo Alie-Cox may leave in free agency

  1. He’s been getting paid $4 million a year too much to not contribute worth a fuck. He can get the fuck on with the rest of the tight end room.

  2. Best of luck Mo, great story and great person. It is time to upgrade through FA and draft as I truly believe a couple good TEs drastically raise the ceiling on offense.

  3. Is out WR room good? Josh downs and Michael Pittman are pretty good I think, what about our tight ends? Idk much bout them

  4. I disagree with the “Good riddance” theme here. Mo has been underutilized for years. He’s a big boy with decent hands and people quickly forget he played with Andrew Luck, who was able to find him open often. We haven’t had a decent TE core for a long time now. But when he leaves, he will be fine. We need a new team period.

  5. I like Mo but he never developed into the weapon we need at TE. I’m good with jettisoning everyone but Mallory and maybe Woods and bringing in a solid veteran and drafting Warren if we can.

  6. So I liked him, but I also don’t think he has played up to, nor featured up to his potential the last couple of years. He’s not going to “explore” free agency, his contract isn’t going to be renewed. Hope he does well for an NFC team.

  7. I don’t understand the Mo hate. He has been the most consistent TE. I don’t blame him if he leaves because we never use our TEs anyway.
