I purchased tickets for two games, but I haven’t received them yet. I checked the ballpark and the website, but they’re still not there. Does anyone know when the tickets are usually loaded in? The first game is scheduled for April.

You won’t get the tickets for like a month or so. This is totally normal
My ticket rep said tickets will show up for the season on February 24th.
Same for me. But they tend to not show up until end of February to early March. I bought a 20-game plan last year and it was late Feb. I believe until they showed up. It’s a little weird you can’t see a record of what you purchased in the ballpark app or the website, but if you got an email confirmation you should be good.
