How did Jim Harbaugh get a plus over DQ? Stupid!
Chargers were also a better team the year before Harbaugh arrived than Washington was the year before Quinn arrived.

While I agree Dan Quinn was great this year overall… I *do* have an issue with some of his decisions throughout the year.
The infamous 4th down play in the first game against the Eagles comes to mind, where it’s a low-score game at the time and a Field Goal puts us ahead, and instead we go for it and turn the ball over on downs. Inversely, against the Eagles in the NFC Championship, on the very first drive we convert two 4th downs, only to settle for a Field Goal on the third 4th down while also being in the red zone, which maybe would have changed the dynamic of the game overall if we were up 7-0 instead of 3-0.
Again, love Dan Quinn and hope he keeps doing great things with us, but I would lean to “A” instead of “A+”.

I disagree but I see the argument.
Harbaugh turned a 5-12 team into an 11-6 team without adding any substantial amount of talent. You can attribute almost all of the turnaround to him.
The Commanders went from 4-13 to 12-5 with a NFCC appearance but the roster saw massive turnover and an influx of talent, including the best rookie quarterback in the history of the game.
I wouldn’t trade Quinn for Harbaugh but there are a lot of people that deserve credit in Washington. Harbaugh deserves the majority of it in LA.

Perhaps because he’s a defensive coach and the defense was really bad at times…a lot of the times. The offense had to win shoot outs consistently. Plus the old double nickel to end the season.
