This and DL Hall lat strain no bueno. Guess this is why you load up on potential arms, feels like you need 8 starters/innings eaters in today’s MLB.
At what point do they just start making mandatory tommy John’s surgery for all draft picks. This is insane
Sometimes I step back and am amazed at:
1- how common TJ surgery has become and
2- how young the patients are becoming
It works and we have totally streamlined it (and people are putting more effort into throwing than ever before and breaking down faster too), but it is still wild
