
On February 23, 2012, the Kings acquired Jeff Carter from Columbus for Jack Johnson and a 2013 first round draft pick. Carter scored 383 points in 580 regular season games, 53 points in 73 playoff games, and won two Stanley Cup championship rings with the Kings.
