Cavs #1 in offensive and defensive rating in that span while facing some strong opponents. I know it’s still the regular season, but I’m very excited to see what this unit looks like against Boston tonight.

  1. What’s even more impressive is 6/10 last opponents were above 500. and 3 of those teams being top 3 in their conferences.

  2. Other thoughts:

-Shout out to JB for what he’s done with that Pistons team. I know he ultimately wasn’t the coach to get us to that next level, but it’s nice to see him turn around and maximize the talent on a team that had been a punching bag in the east for years. Still grateful for his time here and how he was able to help turn this team around.

-Lakers looking legit in the west and have definitely thrown their name in the hat when in comes to teams that can make a finals run. Would be a storybook matchup if the Cavs were to meet them in the finals.

  3. Dang, if you ignore the Bulls (it’s after 1998, so you should always ignore the Bulls) our entire division is above the positive line.

  4. Cavs looking legit after their trade for Hunter. So stoked for the matchup tonight against the Celtics

  5. Holy hornets. Lamelo could put up 100 points a game and that team will still be awful.

On the other hand I clearly have not been paying enough attention to Detroit. I know JB will crumble when it comes down to it but wasn’t expecting that position
