They're should only B A handful of players steelers should want in the first rd starting at DL Nolan or Mason I really don't know about the guy out of Oregon TE Tyler Warren a few wr McMillan Egbuka and a few off lineman all the other players should be in the next few rds and I really like Luther burden he reminds me of AB and I'm telling you guy's the Deone walker is a beast now I'm not 💯 for sure but yeah he had a down yr but I believe he played hurt

  15. It’ll be interesting to see what happens over the next 9 days. If the Steelers don’t sign either JF or Russ before free agency then IMO I would go out and draft a QB I still like Ewers and Howard even after the combine I just think that they’ll play better than advertised. And if the rookie doesn’t pan out then at least you could have a high draft pick next year and take a top QB. I would genuinely be surprised if they don’t take a WR in the first round with all the WR’s leaving the market. But to me we should draft Egbuka, and Jimmy Horn. Both with Pickens and all of a sudden it’s a great WR room

  17. With how thin the wr FA market is in terms of difference makers, it’s probably going to be Slayton, Kupp or Devante that they get. If they dont get anyone they really think is a viable #2, I def think theyll put wr over dt in the 1st rd.

  34. I don’t get the interest in Carr we already know what and who he is as a player. He’s not gonna win playoff games it’d just be more of the same. Atleast with Justin he’s young enough to take a chance on and hope he can continue to develop.

  39. I don't think any of these elite wrs want to play with fields. Who would blame them. His down field passing is very average at best. Its clear if the Steelers really wanted him, they would have already signed him. I think they clearly want a vet QB to give them the best chances to win now. Fields is leverage to bring the price down on Russ. So they keep trying to find trade partners while negotiating. This is just a matter of getting a vet at a reasonable price, or worst case scenario get fields and HOPE to God he can completely turn into a waaaaaaay better QB in his 5th year.

  40. Obviously as not knowing all or any of the reasons behind the trade or of the player himself. That Washington was able to get the highly touted Deebo Samuels for just a 5th round pick I admit does worry me. Worries for the reason that if the Steelers didn't even try to get into the room when Samuels as far as draft capital cost only a 5th round pick from the sound of it, does that signal the Steelers aren't as serious about highly upgrading their WR room?? Or if the Steelers are is the plan just thru the draft? If thru the draft okay far as I admit I am a ole build thru the draft, you can have a guy for 4 seasons instead of just any short 2 year and deal and such. Anyway the Samuels news is just makes me wonder, or I admit the knee-jerk reaction of being worried the Steelers aren't as focused and/or won't be as aggressive to highly highly upgrade their WR room.
