Bro, horrible take. MB is not the best by any means as far as facilities and such. But spending money on salary, that's NEVER been an issue with him ever! He let keim spend crazy on the wrong guys obviously but he's spent money many many times! That's 1 thing he's done right as far as opening his check book for player salaries!
