Fan Fest was great. Miggy is such a man of the people. Made time for everyone and genuinely talked to everyone. His heart is forever in Oakland!

1. As with last year, I was pretty blown away with what a bunch of fans were able to put together. It was a great event.

2. Man, I loved his time in Oakland. Miggy was absolutely electric.

3. Tejada is one of the greats. Him and Zito were my favorite players growing up.

4. I was one of the first people who got to see him. Man lit up when I told him how the last time we met was when he signed a baseball for me (which is still on my bedroom dresser) 22 years ago.

5. Tejada was happy to take pics and sign things as he walked through the crowd during the whole event, slowing down for pics after we called out to him. He seemed really into the moment. Great guy.
