Love Monken but you gotta work on them passing plays some more. That bills game was atrocious. Lamar needs quick routes from WRs where he can get the ball out on time and not have WRs on top of one another. These long, overlapping routes are hurting Lamar. Get it fixed and you are easily the best OC in the league

I want to see Lamar be more comfortable and aggressive on throws attacking the sideline down the field. I think that is one element that could help take this offense to even higher heights.
Monken great interview but run the ball!!!! 2 losses in playoffs and both times our top running backs was under the average of runs they need and in the cold smh. Don’t over complicate it. RUN THE BALL!!!
