  1. This is a copy paste from a tweet I saw:

"The way the Florida Panthers dismantled the Boston Bruins organization should be studied.

2023: The Florida Panthers come back to beat the 65-win Bruins in game 7 on home ice. Captain Bergeron retired.

2024: The Florida Panthers beat the Bruins in round two 4-2. The Panthers go on to win the Stanley Cup.

2025: The Florida Panthers trade for captain and long time Boston Bruins forward Brad Marchand for a second round pick."

  2. The Leafs are supposed to be able to compete with them. That's why they get paid 46 million for just 4 players. They're supposed to be able to compete with them 🤬 but of Crouse Noone believe's because there a bunch of pylon's in the playoffs.

  3. I dunno Steve… maybe it's just me, but I think Marchand is more than just a rental… if it was up to me he'd be getting an extension right now!

  4. As a Bruins fan, the only silver lining here is that Steve’s nightmare might come to pass with Marchand scoring the series winning goal against the leafs in First round, game 7. Other than that, this is a sad day. Coyle, Carlo, and Marchand will be missed. I still cannot visualize Marchand in a Panther’s sweater.

  5. I mean mentioning Dallas and Colorado top 6 but not mentioning Edmonton is crazy work. Oilers got McDavid, Hyman, evander kane most likely for playoffs, draisitle, nuge, and one of Trent Fredric, vasily podkolzen, max jones, or Jeff skinner. Oilers actually have insane depth they’re just not playing up to par right now but look out come playoffs. They’re 29-3-1 when their goalie has a save % above .900
