Things are moving super quickly in free agency all of a sudden. Tennessee hasn’t been linked to many free agents so far. I feel like a lot of folks are going to be disappointed tomorrow.
Happy for him
This has Vrabel’s hands all over it. He is blindly loyal to people he likes, even when it is obviously a bad decision. I wish Landry the best but that is an insane overpay.
Vrabel is gonna be such a disaster hire
That’s crazy, Vrabel hasn’t learned jack, and it’s gonna shock a lot of people.
Vrabel doing vrabel things
Landry is a Vrable guy. He can run Mikes D. He can let the locker room know what to expect.
This is a great hire for Vrables. Yall just be hating.
All coaches bring in a couple of guys that they have worked with. It makes sense. This hire makes perfect sense. Vrable is a top 5 coach in this league and he is about to prove it
Disagree that it’s an overpay tbh. $14.5~m/yr for an above average edge rusher when Crosby got 30 and Garrett 40?
Landry is an exceptional scheme fit for Vrabels scheme because he can cover, rush from the edge, rush from behind the line, AND play MLB. He’s rare in that regard and it creates a lot of opportunities for exotic pressure packages he likes to run.
The reality is Landry is not a good fit for our current scheme where we generally want to just rush the front four consistently and his versatility is wasted.
Oh hell nah. All love to you Harold, but he not worth that at all.
I’m truly shocked. I knew he was a Vrabel guy though and through so this seemed likely since the Titans released Landry. It didn’t take long.
Thought free agency didn’t start til Wednesday?
The real question is how long it will take the 2022/2023 Atlanta Falcons to buy houses in Boston.
(I sincerely want Vrabel to be successful in a way I never wanted Arthur Smith to be successful – feel I should add that)
Well to be fair, he called our bluff, but i dont think is gonna work out for the pats
Lot of money for the least effective pass rusher in the league last year
Vrabel prioritizing paying Landry over a wildly needed WR. What could go wrong
Lmao
The most inevitable move
People are going to be shocked with a lot of these contracting coming up. The cap has increased and superstars are now getting 30-40 million a year. the deal is fine.
ONE MORE TIME!

Mike Vrabel when Harold Landry is lining up against NPF next season
It’s an overpay but he’s a really good player still in the back end of the prime of his career, wouldn’t be surprised if he had a big year
