  1. Before the playoffs, I’d like to see us get back into the offensive rhythm we had in the first half of the season. More passing and more off-ball movement is key imo. On a more fun note: De’andre Hunter was so good defensively tonight. I feel like everyone he guarded passed out of it almost immediately and he was great at contesting shots in the paint

  2. Ty Jerome just shot 1/4 from the line. I wonder if his FT% percentage is gonna drop under 90%. I’d love him to achieve a 50/40/90 season.

  3. This must have happened because cavs bot abandoned us.

    New winning streak starts tuesday.

  4. Tony brothers ref job and we played like ass and only lost by 5. We gonna be good guys

  5. I’ll take the blame for being at the game

Really sloppy game and got way to pass-happy. This is good for them. Needed a wake up call after some recent games

17 is a dumb number anyways

  6. It just felt like most of the 4th quarter was just complete iso with little movement and chucking. I hope I don’t have to see a lot of that in the playoffs.

  7. Hope this serves as a wake up call to us. We cannot remain complacent after the amazing season we’ve had…teams want to beat us now more than ever

  8. The NBA sub is full of gloating douchebags. That’s how you know our team is better than theirs.

  9. It wasn’t just the fact that we were missing Mobley (keep in mind we were playing against a team missing two of their regular starters as well), the team had 7 1/2 assists below their average today. The ball movement was atrocious. Ty Jerome making ridiculously stupid passes. DG turning the ball over five times in the second half. Don building houses with bricks.

Orlando went on that run in the second quarter when DG and Ty kept trying to go one on one with everybody and the same exact thing happened in the third as well.

My biggest issue with his team is that they still revert back to old habits when they get thrown out of their rhythm. When they aren’t fucking off in the back court with the ball and they’re getting into their offensive sets quickly and moving the ball, they’re unguardable. But it seems like the moment a defense gets them out of their rhythm, each one of our three ball dominant guards reverts to iso ball and we start looking like we did under JB.

They were playing like they expected to beat a much inferior team instead of taking an NBA team seriously for 48 minutes. Can’t do that in the playoffs.

  10. First loss as a Cav for DeAndre Hunter

First loss for the Cavs of the season when we lead in the 4th

  11. Super indifferent to the loss, the mental reset should be good for our guys and I’m not complaining at all about the Magic winning and potentially moving up the standings away from a possible 1st round matchup.

  12. Really liked the defense even without Mobley (apart from the Tristan minutes)

Merrill being ass and Wade being scared to shoot hurts the offense against big physical teams that press up on the perimeter. Formula is a lot of Allen and Mobley – and we had tons of paint points early.

  13. Never seen a fanbase so excited to win a regular season game that puts them… 5 games under .500

  14. needed a punch to the mouth, wake up and finish out the season. we are almost there.

  15. Horrible stretch to end the third with three TOs in a row. Got three looks at a game-tying three so you live with that. Wish Mitchell didn’t just chuck it up on the last one, have a feeling he thought the clock was lower than it was.

Edit: also a really bad foul down one in the bonus in their backcourt on their best free throw shooter by Mitchell. Stinker of a game for him.

  16. I didn’t even watch the game but Paulo scoring 24 on 6-22 from the field tells me everything I need to know

  17. Anyone know why Dean Wade seems terrified to shoot?? So many opportunities for him today and he passed nearly every time.

  18. The hope I have now is the Magic continue this momentum into the 7 seed and end Boston’s season early.
