Hi everyone,

I want to start by saying how truly sorry I am for making a 4th post. I know it might be frustrating to see me post again, but I’m feeling so overwhelmed and anxious right now. I just really need help and didn’t know where else to turn.

I’m 15 years old and living with autism, depression, and anxiety. Recently, I sent a heartfelt letter, some drawings, and a few incredibly special gifts to Blue (the Indianapolis Colts mascot) and Trey Mock. I poured my heart into that letter because Blue has been one of my biggest inspirations. He's given me hope during some of my hardest days. Meeting him would mean the absolute world to me—like a dream come true.

But now I’m really scared. I sent it to the address listed on the Colts' website, but I’m terrified it might not be seen, or it could get lost among all the other mail they receive. That letter, those drawings, and those gifts mean so much to me, and I just don’t want it to be overlooked.

I need all the help I can get. If anyone is willing, could you please tag Blue, the Colts, Jim Irsay, Trey Mock, or anyone associated with the Colts on X/Twitter or other social media? It would mean everything to me to just know my letter has a chance of being read.

I also have the letter in a Google Doc if anyone wants to read it: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-dffoFkua5eG4FsDsqLsnr_32XLv7c_v0ABNMo7F4Hs.

And you can reach out to me on X/Twitter as well: @Tristanwright95.

I know this is asking a lot, but this means so much to me. I just need to know I did everything I could. Even if it’s just a kind word or advice, it would mean so much. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and thank you from the bottom of my heart for any help.

  1. Are you in Indy? He’s outside the stadium quite often before games in the Touchdown Town area. There is a 5k/Kids fun run that he is also at each year before the first preseason game, you can meet him at that.

  2. This is truly getting a bit obsessive now man. I’m not one for calling out one for faking mental problems like that as someone who has actually suffered from both depression and anxiety most of my life but I’m starting to wondering if there is something more going on with this.

  3. Dude, there’s nothing else we can do for you.

If they see they see it at this point. I hope they do.

  4. You’re 15 years old. Life is long and there are many more important things than pro sports teams.

  5. Wishing you good luck bud! I know this means a lot to you and I hope everything goes the way you want or even better. Ignore the people getting mad

  6. Generally speaking, every NFL team has a person or whole team whose job it is to open, sort, and sometimes answer fan mail.
You may not get an answer right away, and it’s possible you may not get an answer at all – these teams receive tens of thousands of pieces of mail every year.
But it *is* someone’s job to open it so don’t be anxious that it’s just lost in the ether.

  7. Hey kid, my son has autism and has something he wants to do and feels strongly about just like you. I don’t have any advice for you exactly (I’m a Commanders fan) but I just want you to know I hear you, I understand you, and I hope this works out for you. I know how hard it is for you to have this in your head and want it so badly. Good luck!
