    I thought Bérubé was brought in to demand effort out of these guys.

All you complaining whiners must not have seen the Leafs playing their asses off, and surviving how many empty net opportunities due to hard work, and peppering Ullmark all game. If Ullmark was off tonight, and the Leafs win 6-3, you’d be talking about a dynasty. You lost a tight tough game, barely. Quit acting like you’re 1-50 you spoiled brats. Man it’s hard to be a staunch Penguin fan and see you all whining while having one of the best teams in the league.

  21. After all the non calls on Leafs getting tripped or pushed to the ground , these fools call a penalty of a guy who’s standing up but when his opponent tries to heck him and he falls down, that’s a penalty to the Leafs. Total joke.

  31. Ottawa is now playing like Florida. Good forecheck and physical play , especially along the boards and good goaltending . A team on the rise . Whereas the leafs are not. Their fluff four fade away against physical play and their defense, goal tending is just not good enough . The team requires a gm with guts to make some serious changes or the Ottawa's of the league will soon pass them by.

  32. lol I stop in to check highlights every once in a while and this shows exactly why I stopped watching hockey. Officials deciding when they feel like making calls has ruined the game. Call everything and the game will be played the right way. Call nothing and you get shit like this where they decide to allow 90% of it until they decide who they want to win. Garbage league lol.

  34. Marner can do good things but he was pathetic and lost this game for TOR!
    1st goal whos man was that wide open to score , oh ya Marner what are you doing on the wrong wing with 3 other TOR players lol?
    2nd goal Rielly is just weak on puck and no one is covering their men, Matthews bad defense again!
    3rd goal against Matthews and McCabe and whole team in wrong position and weak on puck!
    OEL is pathetic , how many bad penalties does this idiot take, most penalized TOR player by FAR!
    Rielly should NEVER even be in the lineup.
    Matthews looks like garbage lately!
    Why did we waste picks and prospects again when we are NOT geting past 1st round?

  43. 3 no calls by the refs!
    TOR should have had 3 power plays.
    1 against Mathews – 1 against Laughton – 1 against Marner
    Those would have made a huge difference.
    Yet refs call a horrible interference call for OTT and they got a PP goal off it.
    Refs cost the Leafs this game!

  45. If you panic, you can't win. If you shoot directly at the goalie, instead of above his shoulders, you rarely score. Don't let three guys go after one opponent leaving another opponent in the slot zone. Basic training devoid with the Maple Leafs. Unfortunately, they will be eliminated during the first round of the playoffs.
