14. I would not trade Cousins for a conditional 5th unless the team agrees to pay his contract. If the Falcons are going to pay near all of his contract anyway they might as well keep him in case Penix gets hurt. That way they will still have a chance. In order for the Falcons to pay most of Cousins contract they should get a pick that's high enough to virtually guarantee it would help the team just like Cousins is virtually guaranteed to help any team that needs a starting QB. If the Falcons have to pay Cousins anyway I would want a conditional 3rd that could become a 2nd. I would be wiiling to take a lot less though if the other team is willing to pay all if Cousins contract. If they bail the Falcons out of Cousins entire remaining contract they can have jim for a 7th for all I care. If the Falcons pay all that money they need to get abstarter though. The only bench player worth a damn anyway is a backup quarterback and Cousins is already that. Falcons either need to get a starter for that money or need to get out from having to pay the kiney altogether. If neither of those things happen the Falcons are better off keeping Cousins since he backs up the most important position anyway.
