  1. Is it possible Campbell is useful for us? I mean at 38 years old he had 5 sacks and a force fumble last year, the guy defies all common sense as he has his whole career, so yes. That said, He's going to be 39 this season, and he's not a QB or kicker, 39 year old human bodies didn't evolve to continue to take the kind of punishment a DT takes at that age. At some point father time IS going to catch up with him, and there's no reason to expect this won't be the year. Still, if nothing else, this signing assures both that he retires a cardinal, and he finishes his career having been a cardinal for the majority of his crazy long career, both of which I can get behind even if he never plays a down or us. Our DT depth is light enough, though, that he could legitimately not just get minutes, but be a starter on this team, if he looks anything like he did last year.

  2. This is going to be a great year. My only concern really is the OLine and the number two receiver. The way this off season went, the defense is going to win us some games this year. You forgot Browning. 🙂
