Mostly sarcasm, but Yorke and Gorski should be getting shots sooner than later. Hard to believe we have one of the worst prospect pools in baseball.

  1. If we didn’t win the lottery on Skenes we’d be looking at one of the worst 10 year “rebuilds” in mlb history

  2. Almost like Gorski and Yorke should’ve been on the big league club to start the year, oh wait

  3. I want to see how Gorski does at this level. He looked great in spring training and I was expecting him to be on the roster at the beginning of the year. It’s not like testing the waters with him is going to hurt the team much more. Also a good idea to bring Yorke up because Triolo’s bat is awful and Frazier isn’t good either.

  4. No idea wtf is taking so long to give some of these guys a shot over the bums like Suwinski, Canario, and Pham.

  5. I spent 10 minutes last night trying to find any stats on the Indians before being convinced the season hadn’t started yet.

    Thank you lol

  6. This is exactly why I hate these “intentionally tank” rebuilds, they rarely work for small market teams and all you do is subject your fans to horrible baseball with promises of a mythical window, and set a losing culture through the entire organization where failure is accepted as part of the process.

Are there any examples of these types of rebuilds actually working with lower level payrolls?

  7. Bob should move the team, and then we move Indy to Pittsburgh so we can at least watch better baseball

  8. The fact that Yorke wasn’t immediately called up when Nicky G went down for 6-8 weeks shows me all I need to see. Keep playing washed up Adam Frazier everyday instead of testing some young talent. Incompetent Coach/GM combo

  9. Genuinely impressive that Cherington has not really developed any hitters in his tenure
