2. Was hoping he wouldn't get it. Sick of hearing about it. I love to watch hockey but sick of thats all anyone talked about. I mean look in the corner of the screen before the goal. They had a gaint thing saying one more to go. Every time you watched a capitals game it was ovechkin this ovechkin that. There are more than just one hockey player right? Doesn't everyone know this? Also why was it OK to clear the beach in the middle of a hockey game just because of goal? Not allowed in any other situation so why was this ok?

13. One of the most amazing aspects of Ovi is he broke Gretzky’s record AND he has hit like a frieght train for his whole career. I cannot recall seeing anyone get the better of Alex with a check, although I have seen plenty of guys bounce off of him. Such a amazing player! Congrats Ovi!

26. After video review it was deemed the play was offside and therefore we have no goal on the play. Missed opportunity

Still just setting in, crazy to me that when I grew up my dad would tell me about how he watched Wayne Gretzky play when he grew up and said it was special watching him become the all time leader, and now as a 25 year old I had the privilege of watching ovi as a I grew up and I can say to my kids that I watched the greatest goal scorer ever play the game, congrats ovi
