1. lol my buddy was dead set on the Habs being the biggest underdogs of the playoffs. I dissagree. Unless buffalo makes it, that title belongs to us.

4. I was at the 4-3 2OT win in buffalo when Joe Corvo scored the game winner (it was actuslly actually a one-hopper that fooled the goalie and Bingo! Big Win!…luv to have them playoff feelings returned once again! GO SENS!

8. I'm Colorado fan,& you guys need to get some perspective,& relax a bit. Maybe ya are kidding a bit but you are kinda like us in 2018 when I was ecstatic we took 2 seed Nashville to 6 after a few miserable non playoff years but knowing the future looked bright as it does for you now. And sure ya could make a run this year but ya gotta appreciate just getting in after so long.Ya haven't made the playoffs in 7 yrs,& you all are talking about winning the Cup,& crap.

   Of course it's hockey,& anything can happen-unlike basketball where young, inexperienced,low seeds rarely go on deep round-if happens quasi regularly in hockey.But it's usually a process,& ya gotta USUALLY suffer a few tough playoff losses,& learn some lessons before going on a deep run-let alone win the Cup. I'm not saying put any kind of ceiling on your team cuz who knows what can happen. But you gotta enjoy being in the playoffs after so long,& then take it as it comes. Your whole damn country hasn't even won the Cup in what-32 yrs or something…so just relax,& enjoy it. Don't put ludicrous expectations on them. I'm pulling for you guys in the East,& think you have great shot to pull an upset but maybe hold off on planning the parade.

   It's great to have high expectations but I hate it when fans act like anything short of a title is a complete miserable failure.As if making conference final or Finals isn't a great accomplishment in itself,& some people literally act like whoever loses the Finals,SB,WS-whatever is a total failure,& worse than not making the playoffs. That is absolute simplistic nonsense,& usually comes from people who've never won anything in their lives,& have no clue how hard it is to even make a deep run. I'm not saying you guys are doing that all-im sure you wouldn't consider it a failure if ya make ECF or Finals this year. But I'm just saying enjoy the moment,& enjoy being at the stage where there is no pressure for your team to advznce-like us in 2018,& 2019.

   And in 2019 we came within a disallowed goal of OT in game 7 to go to WCF. But after that-it changes,& since 2020 anything short of WCF for the AVS is now considered failure-with good reason. I work at AVS,& Nuggets arena,& we just fired our coach AS THE 4 SEED because once you win a title-it changes.If the AVS lose to Dallas 1st round in game 7-there will be people wanting Bednar fired. And I'm not saying there shouldn't be high expectations. With the talent, experience & championship core both the AVS,& Nuggets have-anything short of WCF is a disappointment-if not outright failure. But a lot has to go right-we suffered insane injuries in 2020 bubble,& lost Nichuskin to suspension the last 2 yrs.

   But if reasonably healthy-anything short of at least WCF probably isnt good enough for what stage both tthe Nuggets,& AVS are.We have the reigning MVP in both sports,& best dman on earth. But you can go too far with the "Championship or it's a total failure-no matter the context of injuries,opponent path,etc. I just hate the simplistic notion that a season can only be successful if you win it all. Even though of course every team is rightly disappointed to some degree if they don't win it all. I'm just saying enjoy the playoffs while there is no pressure. There was pressure on you guys to get in this year but not to advance. Next yr there's probably pressure to win a round maybe but after that-it all changes.

   Working the playoffs for teams with title expectations-both of whom have already won a recent title-sure the playoffs are fun but at this point it as stressful & nerve wracking as it is fun.AND I DONT EVEN HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE RESULT ON THE ICE OR COURT! It's more relied when they win a series so ya gotta enjoy the journey to contender cuz in 2 yrs just making the playoffs wont be celebrated. You guys might go deep but like Houston in the NBA-you are probably at the beginning of your window,& the best is probably yet to come in future seasons. So enjoy it-whatever happens while it's still not EXPECTED to win it all or its a total failure-thats all.

12. I'm super pumped about the playoffs. I wasn't around for the 2017 playoffs but I was there for the 2007 Stanley Cup run to the finals (yes, I am dating myself). Can't wait.

    I have the same jersey that Aidan has and I had it for the 2007 cup run. Mine is a Neil jersey signed only by him. 🙂
