Embarrassing from both teams. Just absolutely disgusting baseball.
Paid millions to be stupid
BaseBall at it's Best…๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐๐๐….!
One of the worst games Iโve ever watched. Both teams should be ashamed of themselves and the way they played.
ball is on opposite side of the mound from first and the first baseman still ruined it sounds about right
One of the first things I was taught was to call the ball ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
Chaos in front of home plate! ***๐
Why no obstruction? 2 defenders on the ground blocking the plate, runner is safe
Well when going deep is everything, guys gonna boot balls
Just a real baseball play. Mark my words all the know nothing about baseball and the history of LET THEM PLAY. Are going to scream
"obstruction" the runner should be safe. UMPIRES no call was correct. THAT IS PART IF THE REAL GAME OF BASEBALL. THANKS UMP.
I saw this live action. It was definitely a first. Whatever happened to saying my ball or I got it lol ๐
Runner interference! He should score.
Pirates Baseball, Come and feel the magic.
OH, you could hear the smack
Why was the first baseman anywhere near that catch?
The first baseman had no business being even in the play ..it was the Catcher's ball all the way…
The runner should have never stopped just keep running and he would have been save
Pirates baseball feel the Magic

0:15, MLB concussion protocols in action: "nope, it's perfectly normal for a guy to be lying on his back holding his head after a collision, definitely no suggestion of any brain injury here, he needs to just get up and stay in the game"…
If anyone's wondering why the umpires didn't award the runner a run because of obstruction, it's Rule 6.01 (a) (10):
"Obstruction by a fielder attempting to field a ball should be called only in very flagrant and violent cases, because the rules give [the fielder] the right of way."
How wasn't this obstruction. Once the ball was played initially the runner has right of way. He's impeded by the guys in his path and alters his path to avoid them. Right of way belongs to the runner after the initial play. Heads up play by Hayes but that should be obstruction, run should score.
