A huge amount of ice hockey teams in the rest of the world doesn't have animals names, so its not neccecarry per se. But… north american ice hockey teams should not name their team HC or similiar. It just doesn't fit. Mammoth or nothing

@bardown they need to take their time and not rush this like they have been. Too many of these names already belong to major companies or other professional sports teams. Colorado mammoth lacrosse, Denver outlaws lacrosse, blizzard makes video games, venom makes winter sports gear (ski and snowboard), yeti makes coolers. They need to A: come up with something that reflects the community and state. Then B: see if that name's available because you can't patent or trademark Utah Hockey Club the name is too broad/general. Which means literally anyone could make knockoff gear without the fear consequence. Take the time to get it right and they won't be in a situation like the MLBs Cleveland Guardians.
