The Browns Not trading for Cousins. They have 10 picks this year. They will go with Hunter or Carter at #2. Then use a couple of picks to move back into the bottom of the 1st rd and take a QB. I see Cousins being the backup in Atlanta, and then being released in the off season. There is no guaranteed money after this season. If he signs with a team next season, then whatever his contract is will offset the 10M he got earlier. So, basically, the Falcons will get a portion, if not all of that 10M back.
