3. Aren't all sackings like that?
   A lot of the hard knocks cut scenes start off – sorry, were going to have to release you – then they take it from there depending on the players response. From what I've seen they often recommend the players to other teams, or the references they give are coloured by the players response. It happens to hundreds of players on every team every year. Rodgers has just never faced the reality many of his team mates live with.
