  1. This entire lineup needs to take anything Justin Viele has said to them and forget they ever heard it.

  2. What a weird way to end a game, holy cow. Regardless josh jung needs to fucking not quit on a play

  3. That was just a depressing game to watch. There is no telling how much we will get out of DeGrom. You have to find a way to give him run support.

  4. Jung has to run that out. I understand what he saw but the reply was pretty clear, it went over the base, even if you could challenge it, I don’t think it gets overturned.

Also, the Dodgers are a good team but HOLY SHIT it’s so fucking annoying the way they are just able to produce late.

    Fuck you, also good job

  5. Unacceptable from Jung.

Heim did the same shit on opening day last year. Argued with the ump during a live ball.

    Completely unacceptable.

  6. Putting aside Jung’s question of whether the ball was foul, did anyone else think Adolis might’ve been safe at 2nd? I didn’t see a replay because it was the last play of the game and the attention was obviously on Jung, but it looked really close

  7. Ending aside, not much you can say about that one. deGrom was incredible but Yamamoto was perfect. On to the next one.

  8. fun fact that was DeGrom’s first loss with the Rangers.

And of course it came with the team giving him 0 runs in support.

    Yamamoto too good

  9. Jung was probably safe if he hustled it out and the call at second was worth looking at again… absolute clown move by Jung.

  10. This offense is really letting this entire team down early this season.

I know this is the dodgers we are talking about, but the approach at the plate is just terrible.

  11. Someone please explain how is that a fair ball if the ball went out of bounds and then came back in for all my years of knowledge of baseball that should be foul if it goes out at all before coming past third base

  12. I doubt this happens and it’s probably not the “correct” form of coaching but if I’m Bochy I’m lighting up that locker room tonight , terrible outing

EDIT: not you DeGrom, we love you

  13. C’mon, I know the Dodgers are supposed to be the favorites, but let’s not let them win.

  14. Looks like a classic Mets Jacob deGrom result.

Absolutely shoving and being let down.

  15. Joc Pederson is now a liability. When you have to pinch hit your DH, something is very wrong.

  16. Sometimes it just be like that. Outhit them, and a lot of hard contact ended up as outs. Sasaki is electric but has trouble finding the zone sometimes, so hopefully we can get at him early and even the series up. It’s best on best here so runs may be hard to come by

  17. Just happy to see DeGrom looking like himself against the defending champs. We had some good at bats, and we hung in there even with our current 8 man batting order. I sure hope we keep Harris around and send Zeke down instead.

  18. Damn I was at the roughriders game. I hate that these guys absolutely know what it means to have a guy like degrom on the mound and did fuck all with it

  19. Yamamoto not in the NPB to beat up my Swallows 🙂

Yamamoto being in MLB to beat up on my Rangers 🙁
