  2. Why is the press not asking about Tyler O"Neill not being in the lineup today against a LH pitcher? Is he injured?? What in the world is going on with this team?? The Orioles are paying $16.5 M for their Anthony Santander replacement, and he's already apparently banged up and getting off days against a LH starter.

  5. Here are the top 5 highest paid players on the Orioles 2025 roster:
    1. Zach Eflin – $18 M – Injured, who knows when back.
    2. Tyler O'Neill – $16.5 M – Not in lineup? Injured maybe? Nobody even asks??
    3. Charlie Morton – $15 M – Absolute disaster, so bad he can't even qualify with innings so his stats can officially count as a "starter".
    4. Tomoyuki Sugano – $13 M – Decent so far, but still a major question mark.
    5. Andrew Kittredge – $9 M – Injured, who knows when back.

  6. It’s not going to matter who plays in the field if the pitching staff is going to routinely give up 5+ runs nearly every game.
    Without GRod, Eflin, Bradish and a decent replacement for Burnes this team was doomed to play sub .500 ball.

  8. What a boob. Had to go to position players to pitch because he burned 7 pitchers the night before because in Hyde's world no reliever can go more than an inning. This dude need to go and the sooner the better. Why are we hanging on to Morton? He should be DFA'd NOW. Eat the money and move on.

  17. When he was taken out of the game Morton had thrown only 68 pitches so keep him in the game the game was already out of hand. Hyde cannot manage to save his life or job.

  22. We need pitching. Why we are worse is we’re always draft position players more than pitchers in the early rounds. They need to draft pitchers early round if they are not bring free agent pitchers

  25. I knew once it got to 4-1 that we would be seeing Perez on the mound soon. He went to Poteet first but then Cionel entered as I expected. The loss was accepted long before the game got out of hand. Really don’t get anything out of these post game interviews from him anymore.

  28. Last year it was Kimbrel and this year it’s Morton. We sure LOVE TO WASTE MONEY ON BAD FUCKIN PITCHERS! But god forbid we try to compete and bid for an ace!

  29. The Orioles should pack up Mike Elias, Brandon Hyde, and Charlie Morton on the next bus out of Baltimore.
    Of course with those 3 on the bus, the engine would probably just fail.

  33. If Elias keeps Hyde much longer he’s basically admitting he’s put together a terrible roster. If Elias thinks we have a top 10 roster in the league, which most people thought we did coming into this season, then he needs to fire Hyde ASAP.

  34. It’s always “blame the Pitching only”, this offense is undisciplined, lifeless , inconsistent and non-clutch. Player doubles and stays there until final out, no pressure put on opposing teams at all, it’s a BORING BRAND OF BASEBALL
